Pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (Title I of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 P.L. 109-248), 42 U.S.C. § 16911 et seq., as amended and Title 14 V.I.C. § 1721 (2013), all individuals convicted of a registrable sex offense are required to register with the V. I. Department of Justice.
