Description: This is responsible entry level work involving the service of summonses, subpoenas, warrants of arrest, and other civil process over the geographical area served by the Judicial Branch of the Virgin Islands. Work involves responsibility for the performance of duties which serve to notify parties of pending court actions. Work also involves picking up and transporting individuals and court officials and providing security for them and when assigned, maintaining order in court. Work is performed under supervision and is in accordance with standardized procedures. Review of work is through conferences and on the basis of results obtained.
