Description:
This RFQ is to solicit competitive quotations from qualified vendors, businesses or individuals for the provision of providing meals to authorized Judiciary personnel during any natural and/or man-made disasters. It is the intent and purpose of the Judiciary that this RFQ promotes competitive selection. It will be the proposer’s responsibility to advise the Judiciary if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirement stated in this RFQ to a single source by filling out Appendix D “No Bid Response”.
The objective of the RFQ and subsequent contracting activity is to secure the services of an experienced vendor who is capable of efficiently accomplishing all services outlined in this Request for Quotations (RFQ). The successful proposer will provide suitable meals to enable the Judiciary’s personnel to operate efficiently, and effectively during/after a natural and/or man-made disaster that may occur within the Hurricane Season. No guarantee is expressed or implied as to the quantity of commodities and/or services to be procured under this agreement; no work is guaranteed.
The scope of this RFQ will provide the minimum requirements, solicit quotations to establish a Contract for Emergency Catering Services to provide suitable meals to enable its personnel to operate efficiently, and effectively during/after a natural and/or man-made disaster that may occur within the Hurricane Season. The Judiciary intends to establish a contract for Emergency Catering Services that will be in place during the 2021 Hurricane Season commencing June 1, 2021 through November 30, 2021. Vendor shall comply with all applicable territory health and safety codes related to food preparation. Vendor shall provide staff to supervise the daily serving and/or delivery of meals and cleaning of the stage area(s).
