This RFQ is to solicit competitive quotations from qualified vendors, businesses or individuals for the provision of Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services to assist the Judiciary, with Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services. It is the intent and purpose of the Judiciary that this RFQ promotes competitive selection. It will be the proposer’s responsibility to advise the Judiciary if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirement stated in this RFQ to a single source by filling out Appendix D “No Bid Response”.

The objective of the RFQ and subsequent contracting activity is to secure the services of an experienced contractor(s) who is capable of efficiently removing large volumes of disaster-generated debris and storm damaged furniture and equipment from the Judiciary facilities listed in this RFQ in a timely and cost-effective manner and lawfully dispose of all debris according to FEMA and local regulations. The successful proposer(s) (CONTRACTOR) must be capable of assembling, directing, and managing a work force that can successfully complete the debris removal and disposal operations according to all applicable rules and regulations. The Judiciary intends to establish a contract for emergency debris removal for the 2021 Atlantic Hurricane Season, to commence on June 1, 2021 and terminate on November 30th 2021.
