Chief Justice Rhys S. Hodge wishes to advise the general public and members of the Virgin Islands Bar that the Judicial Branch of the Virgin Islands will be closing at 3 pm today, Friday, September 16, 2022 in final preparation for the arrival of Tropical Storm Fiona.
This closure does not affect electronic filing in either the Supreme Court or the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands as all of our systems will remain online.
