Judicial Branch announces enhanced COVID-19 response protocols and curtailed operations made  effective Friday, March 27, 2020..

Courts remain open, but public traffic is limited. Presiding Judge Harold W.L. Willocks entered an order implementing remote hearing protocols for all or most essential and emergency matters in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, to  enforce social distancing. Supreme Court closed one location as Telework program is expanded across the branch.

Non-essential staff are required to shelter in place.  Judicial officers and  essential court personnel remain available to conduct the business of the Court virtually and telephonically. Contact information is included in the attached release.
