COVID-19 OPERATIONS EXTENDED TO JUNE 1, 2020
Posted on 04/23/2020
Chief Justice Rhys S. Hodge signed an administrative order extending COVID 19 emergency operations protocols through June 1, 2020. The previous Administrative Order is set to expire April 26, 2020 and the move to extend current COVID-19 protocols is taken in response to additional guidance issued by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public health authorities, and Governor Albert Bryan, Jr.'s request to the Legislature of the Virgin Islands to extend the State of Emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic.
