Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, advises the public and the members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association of the Closure of Court Facilities today at 9 am due to the impact of inclement weather. All non-essential employees reporting at 8 am are released. Essential emergency response employees are released once the facilities have been assessed and secured. We anticipate normal operations to resume at 8 am on Friday, September 19, 2025.
