The Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands is soliciting quotations and subsequent contracting activity to secure the services of experienced and licensed contractors capable of providing mold remediation, water intrusion mitigation, and environmental cleanup services resulting from disaster events, including hurricanes and flooding, to restore facilities to safe and habitable conditions. The Judiciary intends to establish a contract for emergency mold remediation services for the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane Season, to commence on June 1st and end on November 30th of the calendar year.
