Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, wishes to inform members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and the general public of a cybersecurity incident involving C-Track, owned by West Publishing Corporation a provider of court management solutions. C-Track is the enterprise case management system utilized by both the Supreme and Superior Courts of the Virgin Islands and which supports electronic filing and the public access to case information through an online portal. While court data was affected, the incident was not caused by the Judiciary's networks, systems or data security.
