Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, advises the public and members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association, of the entry of new order governing operations of the local judiciary during the pandemic. Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2021-0006, the limited resumption of in-person proceedings in the Judicial Branch of the Virgin Islands shall be extended, as modified, through 11:59 pm on Friday, May 14, 2021.
